Online: After finding the items you want, simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button below each product description. You can then enter the quantity or you may modify the quantity later (you can always remove the item from your order later). At any time you can view your order by clicking on the 'View Order' button found at the bottom of most screens. Once you have placed all of your desired items in the cart, you can proceed to checkout using our secured server (your credit card numbers are safe). We accept Visa, Master Card, Purchase Orders (institutions only), and personal checks (items shipped after receipt of check).
Order By Phone: You can also order by phone by calling toll free 888-577-NEAT (6328).
Order By Fax: Print off the order form, or use your purchase order form (institutions), and send us a fax with the necessary information. We will call or e-mail you to confirm and complete the order. Send fax to 925-934-5086.

Purchase Orders: We accept Purchase Orders from Public or Private Institutions.
Shipments: All orders ship via UPS and include tracking. Shipping charges are 10% of the order total or $7.95 minimum. We charge actual shipping costs for international and rush shipments. Please call for an international or rush shipping quote. Items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. All items are shipped UPS Ground, unless a rush is requested and paid for by the customer, and should arrive 3 to 7 working days after the order is completed. We do not ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Thank you!
Returns: Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the packaging slip and a Return Authorization Number provided by one of our representatives. Items will be inspected upon return and must be in resalable condition. Please call before making a return for more information. Thank You!
