Rabbit plants a variety of carrots (Early Horn, Lunar White, Bolero, and more) so he can make a delicious soup, but when he goes to harvest them, he is distraught to find they are all gone. As he visits each of his friends to ask about the carrots, they avoid his questions implying they haven’t seen the carrots, but we see in background illustrations that his friends are up to something.
